Join me for a yoga retreat day at the quaint village of Hauxley to celebrate the arrival of Spring. The hall is in a serene place in nature with trees at the back and just steps away from the ocean. Spring represents renewal, the Earth awakening after the Winter months, the return of light and warmth. Immerse yourself in powerful practices to awaken and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. What do you want to awaken in yourself within the coming months? Take this time out to nuture yourself with a group of like minded people. All you need is a mat and a lunch to share. I have added an extra hour to this day for a walk on the beach or to the nature reserve. I know some of my class attendees like a dip in the water. Plenty of options weather depending.
